I am interested in what moves people, organizational dynamics, and personnel management. I energize these interests at Spindle by fulfilling roles such as job coach, interventionist, chief employer, and legal aid. Also, I am lead link of the People Ops team, which has the purpose: an exceptional, happy and healthy workforce. So I am always trying to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
Outside of work, I’m an enormous fan of my dogs & cats (I am a dog trainer in my spare time), my fireplace & wine, colors & interiors, silence & nice chats, walks & nature – just being a hedonist.
